For Jahaziel & Lacey’s wedding, we headed down to Fresno, Ca. The day started with getting ready photos at their respective parents houses. This fashionable couple had wonderful vintage 1920's details including tux with tails for the groom, bird cage veil for the bride, and beautiful cameo and feather embellishments on the waist band of the bridesmaids dresses...which were added by one of the bridesmaids! Then it was off to the Kingdom Hall for the wedding ceremony. After they tied the knot, we made a stop at the Woodward Park Shinzen Japanese Garden for formal portraits. As we walked the winding pathways, there were photo ops around every curve. From the double-moon bridge, to the waterfall, it was truly picturesque. We even had some peacocks willing to strike a pose. Our final stop of the day was The Grand 1401. Built in 1922, the building had the perfect 1920's feel. The main floor ballroom was truly elegant...love the chandeliers! The newlyweds cake had amazing vintage details as-well. True to the theme, music for the first dance was 1920's jazz. We really enjoyed capturing their big day. Thanks to all of the wonderful family members and friends who were so welcoming!
