Can you believe that this talented bride designed her own floral centerpieces? Plus, the table numbers were made by the groom and the pine cones were painted by his mother. We really enjoyed seeing all of their diy details come together to create beautiful winter tablescapes.
We love the gorgeous up-lighting Blake and Meghan had for their wedding reception!

Derrick & Brendy's Wedding
Winter weddings call for metallic details and this wedding was no exception. From the bride's champane gown to the silver cake, this wedding is sure to inspire you.
Isn't this bouquet just gorgeous?
The peacock feathers were given to them by a friend who has the birds.

The metallic silver cake was adorned with purple and blue colors. These colors were repeated throughout the wedding decor.
The centerpieces featured silver peacock details which tied together the metallic theme with the peacock feathers in the bride's bouquet.
It was raining very heavily throughout Derrick & Brendy's wedding day, so we met back up with them, after their honeymoon, to take some formal portraits outside.
Brendy's favorite color is purple, so Derrick opted for a colored stone...which is so on trend right now.
We found some romantic sun-flare for the newlyweds.
Obviously, with the metallic theme, we needed to shoot at a metallic wall. :)
